A super chic RLR reader and I sat down the other day and we started talking about famous fashion myths; you know, the ones that have been drilled into your psyche like not wearing a mini-skirt after 35 (tell that to Courtney Cox) or mixing black with brown (apparently the women of Paris missed that memo). Labour Day has come and gone and most of us have retired our whites for fear of breaking another long-held fashion rule. We've already heard that you can absolutely wear white through the winter but how many of us actually try it? If your white skinnies have been banished to the back of your closet, here are a few great ways to rouse them from a long winter's nap. When paired with greys, blacks and camels, white jeans can look snow-white sensational. Hits of fur (faux, real, whichever you prefer), leather (ditto), and chunky knits will give your whites a new lease on life. Imagine how excited they'll be to see snow for the first time?!

love it with light grey...silly rules...
The H&M Lanvin vest rocks - is anyone actually going to be able to get their hands on it???
It's going to be a fight to the death for that one, I'm afraid. The fur will be flying the morning of the 20th, if you're up for it!
I LOVE this look. I am going to go out and buy myself white skinny's...in NOVEMBER! Ha! Am I the 'super chic' RLR girl? I seem to remember that convo but not the super chic part ;)
you'll never know, jess, but you absolutely are super (maybe even super duper) chic! yay for you for deciding to snow-bunny it up
